How to make PowerPoint presentation more attractive and interesting

 As you know, PowerPoint presentations are a creative way to show your ideas, views with your audience about project or something. So, today in this lesson, I will show you how to make creative PowerPoint presentation. 
First, you need open Microsoft PowerPoint. Then right click choose format background.

Choose Fill color by  gradient.
Add caption
Go to Insert menu, Shapes, Choose Rectangle.


Draw a rectangle, make it look like a book.


Choose Fill by picture or texture, then choose your picture you want to use.

After that, remove shape outline.
And add shadow effects if need.


Go to Insert > Shapes > Rectangle.

Hold Shift button
, and drag mouse to draw.



Select rectangle, press Ctrl +D to duplicate shape.

Then go to Format menu, change color for this rectangle.
Press Ctrl +D: to start duplicate shape.

You can copy this rectangle to many shapes you want by use short key Ctrl + D.
Hold Ctrl button, and select all rectangles.
Go to Format menu > Shape outline: Choose no outline.

Now, you can add text and title you want to your presentation.

Drag mouse to make text box, then type your text... In here, you can choose font size, color,  any font name you want...
Then go to Insert > Shapes > Rectangle with round.


After that change color, and remove outline for this rectangle.

Select rectangle, on Format menu, choose Shape fill and click on the color you want.
Now, I will add some text: Right click on this rectangle, choose Edit text.

Select rectangle, press Ctrl + D: to duplicate shape.

Repeat this steps to copy shape. You should change color and text for each rectangle also.

Hold Ctrl button, select all rectangles.


Right click, and choose Send to back.

Then you can add text if you want... ( Insert > Text box).

Right click and choose duplicate slide.
Drag rectangle 01 to the right slide.

Then Right click > Duplicate slide: to copy this slide to another slide.

Drag rectangle 02 ( red rectangle) to the right side. After that, you can edit or add more text, title you want...


Repeat the steps as many times as you want..

Ok, now with each slide, go to Transition menu, and choose Morph.
