How to make Letterhead in Ms PowerPoint.

In this video I will show you how to make Portfolio in Powerpoint 2019. 

First open Powerpoint and choose A4 paper

Then draw a shape like this above

Then add a rectangle, with white shape outline.

Go to insert menu to add a picture, you can crop picture if you want

Add some shape like this
And this is the result.
